Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, POS proficiency, and comfort with live‑stream or video demos.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Strong English proficiency and communication skills.
Experience with POS operations and basic tech tools.
Familiarity with social media selling and clienteling.
Ability to read price and release sheets.

Responsibilities

Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs for self and team.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
Perform daily cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Keep floor and stockroom clean, organized, and compliant with policies.
