Kenzo, the French fashion brand, is seeking a Sales Associate to join the Woodbury Boutique. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about fashion and retail and will deliver personalized client experiences while aiming to meet personal sales targets.

You will use product knowledge to maximize sales, capture client information, and build lasting relationships. The role includes supporting store events, housekeeping, inventory control, and adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value.
• Capture customer information for database entry.
• Develop lasting client relationships to improve retention.
• Promote store events via email, phone, and notes.
• Assist in housekeeping and visual maintenance of the store image.
• Support inventory controls including shipping, receiving, damages, and cycle counts.
• Maintain stockroom inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion.
• Adhere to all company policies.
