Kenzo, the French fashion brand, is seeking a Sales Associate to join the Woodbury Boutique. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about fashion and retail and will deliver personalized client experiences while aiming to meet personal sales targets.

You will use product knowledge to maximize sales, capture client information, and build lasting relationships. The role includes supporting store events, housekeeping, inventory control, and adhering to company policies.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the selling ceremony; with the result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction.
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database.
• Facilitate and develop lasting relationships with clients to increase client retention.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Assist in general housekeeping, and visual maintenance of the store image.
• Support with inventory controls as requested including shipping, receiving, damages, and cycle counts.

Job responsabilities
