Qualifications

• 3+ years in luxury retail with 1+ year managing people
• Experience with European or luxury brands preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to fast-changing environments
• College degree preferred
• Ability to analyze selling reports and identify trends
• Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in enforcing operational policies and stock management
• Lead by example on the selling floor, coach and promote teamwork
• Drive clienteling to acquire and retain customers
• Meet business goals set by management
• Resolve customer issues and handle escalations
• Assist staff with packing purchases and processing sales
• Ensure highest level of customer service and policy compliance
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink control
