Job summary

You will collaborate with teammates, participate in product presentations, and contribute to achieving both qualitative and numerical store objectives while maintaining the highest standards of sophistication and client care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales productivity targets as defined by the Brand.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and keep updated on all product categories.
• Uphold store policies and procedures to protect client experience and brand image.
• Deliver highest level of service to foster client loyalty and repeat business.
• Identify client needs and recommend products to promote complete looks.
• Educate clients on Prada DNA and brand identity.
• Capture client information and utilize digital tools to meet metrics.
• Schedule client appointments and manage post-sale follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate in product presentations and inventory processes to ensure proper display.
• Communicate relevant client insights to management and stay updated on fashion trends.
