Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Fashion Advisor in Chicago to deliver exceptional client service and fashion expertise. You will drive client conversion and retention, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with a diverse sales team led by boutique leadership.

The role emphasizes a service-minded approach, product knowledge, and passion for the House of CHANEL. A flexible retail schedule including evenings and some holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers, converting walk-ins to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous client service to optimize the client experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful outreach and follow-up.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to consistently raise service levels and exceed client expectations.
• Manage repairs intake and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
