Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Advisor in Las Vegas with a passion for client service and fashion expertise to elevate in-store experiences and drive brand loyalty.

You will lead client engagement, convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors, and collaborate with a diverse sales team to deliver elevated service while meeting business goals. Flexibility for late nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Front of House Fashion: Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm and courteous service.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to raise the level of service and exceed client expectations.
• Take in repairs and maintain follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
