Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to optimize client experience.
• Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to raise service levels and exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
