Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Advisor at Saks Beverly Hills to deliver exceptional client service, drive sales, and foster brand loyalty. The role emphasizes fashion expertise, relationship building, and collaborative teamwork within a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to optimize client experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to continuously raise service levels and exceed expectations.
• Coordinate repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
