Brush Creek Ranch is seeking a General Manager of The Farm at Brush Creek Ranch in Wyoming. This senior leader will oversee agriculture, greenhouse production, dairy, bakery, restaurant, wine program, retail, and immersive guest experiences.

The role requires 5–10+ years in multi‑department hospitality leadership with a track record in luxury agritourism. Relocation support and extensive benefits accompany a premium compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi‑department hospitality or agritourism operations.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational outcomes in luxury settings.
• Experience leading diverse teams and managing complex guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and day‑to‑day operational leadership across all Farm operations (agriculture, greenhouse, dairy, bakery, restaurant, wine, retail, experiences).
• Own the full financial performance of The Farm — driving P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, inventory control, and capital decisions.
