Qualifications

• A natural sense of style and a genuine interest in fashion, Western lifestyle, retail, or creating great looks for people.
• People-first personality with enjoyment of conversation and connection.
• Strong eye for detail and presentation in spaces and guest experiences.
• Sales-minded approach with authentic recommendations.
• 2+ years in fulfillment, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles in fast-moving settings.

Responsibilities

• Create one-on-one guest experiences by understanding style and preferences.
• Provide personal-shopping styling and product recommendations.
• Welcome guests to the Mercantile with a warm, elevated brand experience.
• Assist guests in finding perfect pieces, gifts, or keepsakes while driving sales.
• Maintain an inviting sales floor and process transactions accurately through POS.
