You will lead the Food & Beverage team, uphold luxury standards, and manage inventory, scheduling, and vendor relations to deliver exceptional service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive beverage knowledge including wine, spirits, cocktails, and beer.
• Proven leadership of a high‑volume restaurant and bar operation.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, labor and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of The Americano restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service.
• Uphold Forbes and InterContinental luxury service standards and True Hospitality.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, payroll and departmental expenses.
