Autograph Collection is seeking a Food & Beverage Director for our Atlanta property to lead all outlets, including the restaurant, lobby bars, and in-room dining. You will drive guest service excellence, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and staff development while ensuring financial success and adherence to brand standards.

You will collaborate with culinary and events leadership to craft market-driven menus and uphold health, safety, and service protocols across all outlets.

Qualificações

• At least 3 yrs of F&B Management experience is required. Hotel operations experience preferred.
• Strong guest service focus and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategic direction and daily management of all food and beverage operations (restaurant, bars, in-room dining).
• Drive guest service excellence and ensure outlets meet standards.
• Collaborate with hotel management to implement operational strategies and financial controls.
• Plan and direct operations to meet guest needs and financial targets.
• Manage costs related to food, beverage, administration, bookings, and labor.
• Develop menus with culinary leadership and ensure market relevance.
• Coach and develop F&B staff to uphold service standards.
