InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead The Americano restaurant and bar, ensuring elevated service and financial performance. The role focuses on beverage leadership, wine expertise, and a guest-centric experience in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive beverage knowledge, Sommelier-oriented education, and a proven record in managing high‑volume venues, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience in upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, or fine dining environments.
• Extensive knowledge in beverage operations including wine, spirits, cocktails, and beer.
• Strong wine knowledge with ability to guide guests and colleagues through selections, pairings, and tasting profiles.
• Sommelier certification or formal wine education is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing a high-volume restaurant and bar operation.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• ServSafe Alcohol certification is required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of The Americano restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service.
• Maintain luxury service standards and uphold True Hospitality philosophy.
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, payroll, and departmental expenses in line with financial goals.
• Monitor restaurant sales, guest satisfaction, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with Culinary and F&B leadership to maintain seamless operations.
• Oversee inventory management of food, beverage, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally; drive service recovery.
• Support menu knowledge training for colleagues on food, wine, and cocktails.
• Drive beverage revenue through upselling, promotions, and wine programming.
• Assist with special events, VIP experiences, and hotel-wide F&B initiatives.
• Maintain visible leadership during service periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
