Job summary

InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta seeks an Outlet Manager to oversee The Americano restaurant and bar, delivering a luxury guest experience and driving financial performance. You will lead front-of-house operations, mentor the Food & Beverage team, and maintain service standards aligned with Forbes and InterContinental expectations.

The role requires deep beverage and wine knowledge, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage high-volume outlets.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years in progressive F&B management at upscale outlets or luxury hotels.
Extensive beverage operations knowledge including wine, spirits, cocktails, and beer.
Strong wine knowledge to guide guests and team through pairings and tasting profiles.
Sommelier certification or formal wine education preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of The Americano restaurant and bar to ensure exceptional service.
Uphold Forbes and InterContinental luxury service standards and True Hospitality.
Lead scheduling, labor costs, payroll, and departmental expenses in line with financial goals.
Drive beverage revenue through upselling, wine programming, and guest engagement.
Coach and develop a diverse hospitality team with strong leadership and communication.
Collaborate with Culinary and F&B leadership to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain inventory of food, beverage, wine, spirits, and supplies.
