This temporary, full-time role reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversees SurHouse, SurStream, In Room Dining, Pool, and Events & Banquets.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in luxury F&B leadership, exceptional communication, and proven ability to develop high-performing teams while delivering extraordinary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in food and beverage leadership, preferably in luxury resort or fine dining.
• Proven ability to lead multi-outlet operations and manage high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards; Forbes/Michelin experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-outlet F&B operations across SurHouse, SurStream, In Room Dining, Pool, and Events & Banquets.
• Drive service excellence and guest satisfaction in a Forbes/Michelin-rated setting.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain standards and oversee catering and events.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing F&B team to deliver exceptional experiences.
