Alila Ventana Big Sur is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily dining operations and lead a high-performing team in a luxury setting. You will ensure seamless service across outlets, mentor staff, and collaborate on standards, procedures, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires passion for fine dining, strong leadership, and attention to detail. This on-site position offers competitive hourly pay with service charge and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in luxury resort or fine dining.
• Leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and fine dining service standards.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations to ensure exceptional service.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to uphold high standards.
• Collaborate with F&B Manager to implement service standards and procedures.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly.
• Assist in scheduling and labor cost management.
• Monitor inventory and manage waste reduction initiatives.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Support events, banquets, and private dining as needed.
