Qualifications

• 5+ years in a food and beverage leadership role, hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations for all outlets, ensuring service quality.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with chefs on menus and beverage programs.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Plan and implement sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.
