Job summary

The Townsend Hotel seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead luxury dining across restaurants, lounges and in-room dining. You will drive service excellence, supervise F&B teams, manage staffing and payroll, and partner with culinary leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include controlling costs, growing revenue, maintaining standards, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure VIP guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proven leadership and team-management experience in luxury F&B operations.
• Strong budgeting, cost-control, and revenue-generation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of hotel restaurants, bars, lounges, and in-room dining.
• Maintain luxury service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop F&B team members; manage staffing and payroll.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, labor, food and beverage costs; assist budgets.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menus, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
