Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our culinary experiences across outlets, room service, banquets, pools, and retail. You will drive profitability through revenue generation, cost control, and guest satisfaction while mentoring a dynamic F&B team.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of F&B supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and transcriptions prepared on a computer.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership on food & beverage concepts.
• Drive hotel profitability through revenue generation and cost control.
• Interact with guests promoting hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain communication with all departments to ensure guest service needs are met.
