The Maybourne Beverly Hills is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations within our luxury hotel, driving guest satisfaction and profitability. You will manage staff, design menus, ensure health and safety compliance, and partner with culinary teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of F&B management experience in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across outlets (restaurant, bar, room service).
• Ensure services meet guest expectations for quality and hospitality.
• Collaborate with chefs and staff to develop menus aligned with guest preferences.
• Monitor inventory and procurement to minimize waste.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, focusing on teamwork and excellence.
• Schedule shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
• Address guest feedback promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing for events and promotions.
