Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive F&B leadership in luxury hotels or destination properties.
• Experience managing multiple restaurant concepts and high-volume banquets.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all restaurant, lounge, banquet, catering, in-room dining, and culinary ops.
• Develop strategies to grow F&B revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menus, concepts, and guest experiences.
• Monitor operations to ensure service excellence and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers; manage budgets and labor.
