Job summary

Naples Bay Resort & Marina, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Food & Beverage Director to lead all F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banquet and catering, in-room dining, and outlet-level services.

The role centers on driving financial performance, delivering exceptional service, and developing a high-performing team while collaborating with resort leadership to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with full departmental P&L responsibility and budgeting is expected.
• Strong leadership and cost-control abilities in luxury hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquet and catering, in-room dining, and employee dining.
• Maintain full accountability for the Food & Beverage P&L, including revenue generation, costs, labor, and profitability.
• Establish annual budgets, financial goals, and operating strategies; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Food & Beverage leadership team and partners with resort leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and other departments to optimize revenue and guest experiences.
