The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of progressive culinary leadership, including 3–5 years as an Executive Chef in luxury resort settings, with strong cost control and team leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree from an accredited institution.
• 8–10 years progressive culinary leadership experience.
• 3–5 years as an Executive Chef overseeing multiple outlets.
• Proven cost control, menu engineering, and food safety expertise.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of all culinary operations across the resort portfolio.
• Develop distinctive menus, ensure exceptional food quality, and elevate plate presentation.
• Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and labor efficiency.
• Mentor culinary teams, implement standards, and uphold safety/compliance.
• Align with Hilton/Marriott expectations to strengthen market position.
