Noble House Hotels & Resorts seeks a Restaurant Outlet Manager for Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club, Curio Collection by Hilton, to lead daily restaurant and bar operations with focus on guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will manage front-of-house teams, ensure top service, and collaborate with culinary to deliver memorable dining while controlling labor and costs in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years progressive F&B leadership in upscale environments.
• Experience in full-service resort or luxury hotel.
• Proven ability to drive outlet profitability and labor control.
• Strong service standards and guest relations.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
