Job summary

This hands-on leader will supervise restaurant and bar operations, coach staff, manage opening/closing procedures, and uphold service standards to elevate guest experience.

The ideal candidate has F&B leadership experience in upscale hotel/restaurant environments, with strong communication and team-building skills.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has F&B leadership experience in a full-service, upscale or luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team-development skills are essential.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage service, labor management, inventory and cost controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant and bar operations, supervising and coaching team members.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, inventory and cost controls.
