Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to oversee restaurant and bar operations at a Houston property. You will establish standards, manage profit and loss, and lead and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role focuses on budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and guest satisfaction across room service, restaurants and banquets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; resolve issues and administer discipline when needed.
• Plan and direct administration and planning of the Food & Beverage Department to meet daily operations.
• Clearly assign responsibilities for room service, restaurants, and banquets.
• Develop and monitor schedules for all sub-departments to achieve profitability.
• Control beverage and labor costs across all sub-departments in line with Crescent standards.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal and Corporate alcohol service requirements.
