Job summary

Curio Collection by Hilton in Houston is seeking a Conference Services Manager to coordinate and execute group meetings, conferences, and events from planning through departure. You will translate client expectations into detailed event plans and ensure seamless communication across hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel convention services, catering, events, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute group meetings, conferences and events from planning through departure.
• Prepare and distribute BEOs and group resumes; coordinate meeting space, F&B, AV, and room blocks.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits; communicate changes to operations and ensure on-site execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping and other departments to deliver elevated service.
