Job summary

Everline Resort & Spa, nestled at the base of Palisades Tahoe, seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee multiple dining outlets and banquets. You will lead a diverse team, coach on the floor, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of service and financial performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, exceptional guest experiences, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in food & beverage within a hotel, resort, or luxury dining environment.
• Excellent guest service mindset with the ability to coach a diverse team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead on the floor and in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant, lounge, bar, pool, and banquet operations.
• Lead by example to deliver luxury guest service and foster hospitality culture.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Food & Beverage team members.
• Monitor service standards to ensure consistently high guest experiences.
