You will coach teams, drive service excellence, and partner with culinary leadership to ensure flawless guest experiences in a luxury four-season resort at Lake Tahoe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Food & Beverage leadership roles.
• Experience managing restaurant, hotel, or resort operations preferred.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Position Overview

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager partners with the Food & Beverage leadership team to oversee daily operations across multiple dining outlets and banquet events. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining operational standards, supporting team development, and driving financial performance while creating a positive, engaging workplace culture.The ideal candidate is hands-on, visible on the floor, and enjoys coaching team members while ensuring every guest receives a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification or ability to obtain
