Job summary

Everline Resort & Spa in Olympic Valley, California, seeks a Supervisor for the resort restaurants to lead the front-of-house team in partnership with the Restaurant Manager. You will train staff, uphold service standards, and help create memorable dining experiences for guests.

This full-time role requires 21+ years old, English proficiency, and 2+ years of supervision in hospitality, with fine-dining F&B experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least three years of fine dining food and beverage experience preferred.
• Must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• At least 2 years of supervision in a hospitality setting.
• Sommelier, Cicerone and mixology experience a plus.
• Provide valid food handler and RBS from California within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house team under Restaurant Manager to deliver service and profitability within daily operations.
• Comply with Liquor and Labor regulations.
• Reinforce department and company standards through training and safety procedures.
• Oversee POS system usage and staff training in its use.
• Supervise restaurant reservations and proper use of supplies and equipment.
• Attend meetings and maintain commitment to guest service and satisfaction.
• Assist in promotions, events, and service standards across outlets.
• Monitor hospitality trends and Revinate scores to ensure service excellence.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll for all outlets; adjust staffing as needed.
