HOTEL PASEO, Autograph Collection, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant in Palm Desert to manage clerical functions and support F&B and Culinary teams. The role involves handling onboarding, reporting, and day-to-day admin tasks in a boutique luxury setting.

This position offers room for growth across Marcus Hotels & Resorts properties, with benefits including discounts, PTO, and insurance options. On-site role with open availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a hospitality/restaurant setting.
• Discretion and integrity to manage confidential information.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Complete new hire onboarding accurately and timely, including uniforms.
• Assist in preparing weekly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Screen and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Resolve administrative issues promptly or escalate to management.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed.
• Assist with management of electronics, POS, computers, cameras, and audio systems.
• Prepare and send memos, emails, invoices, and reports.
• Participate in BEO/events calls and follow up on special requests.
