Job summary

Hotel Paseo in Palm Desert seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant to manage clerical tasks and support the F&B and Culinary teams in a boutique luxury setting.

The role requires at least 2 years of admin experience, strong discretion, and excellent English communication. On-site, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative support and/or restaurant administration experience preferred.
• Strong discretion and integrity to manage confidential information.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the restaurant and culinary teams.
• Ensure onboarding is completed accurately for new hires and uniforms issued.
• Assist in preparing weekly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Schedule meetings and screen/direct phone calls.
• Process mail and resolve administrative issues promptly.
