Job summary

Hotel Paseo in Palm Desert seeks an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead all outlets and culinary operations, elevating guest experiences in a boutique luxury setting. A member of the leadership team, you will drive strategic direction, revenue, and guest satisfaction across the property.

As an executive, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance, mentor a high‑performing team, and partner with departments to deliver exceptional hospitality in the Marcus Hotels &

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive F&B leadership, including at least 3 years in an executive-level role within high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and food safety.
• Financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, forecasting, and capital expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Lead all F&B operations to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction, food quality, and service standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and expense control.
• Develop pricing, product, service, and revenue strategies to maximize profitability.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and lead F&B and culinary teams to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to support strategic planning and overall success.
