Job summary

You will upsell, offer personalized recommendations, participate in trainings, and support omni-channel experiences across online and in-store channels while maintaining a polished store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in retail sales, preferably eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and reliable; flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure a memorable experience.
• Stay up-to-date on eyewear trends and product knowledge through training.
• Display in-depth knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships with in-store and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets via upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Keep store environment clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Provide omnichannel support across online and in-store platforms.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
