EssilorLuxottica's Sunglass Hut in the United States is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, know the product trends, and drive sales across in-store and online channels.

You will build relationships with clients, upsell and cross-sell, and stay informed on brand policies while maintaining a premium store environment. Flexible hours and a team-driven culture are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear or luxury goods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Stay updated on trends, products, and brand policies.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the brand and warranties.
• Follow up with clients and maintain relationships across channels.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Keep store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Offer omnichannel support across online and in-store services.
• Work within the team, adhere to schedules and policies.
