Job summary

LensCrafters is part of EssilorLuxottica, and a Retail Sales Associate is needed in Chula Vista to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. You will know our products, offer personalized recommendations, and help customers choose eyewear and add-ons.

Expect training on trends, warranties, and brand programs while building client relationships in-store and online. Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years retail sales experience, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of the Brand, warranties and optical add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and follow up.
• Meet/exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Provide omnichannel support across platforms.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
