Job summary

Oliver Peoples in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, know our products, and meet sales targets.

You will upsell and cross-sell luxury eyewear, maintain store standards, and provide omni-channel support across online and in-store channels. 2+ years in luxury retail and strong communication skills are required; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear or luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-ons.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Provide omnichannel support across platforms.
• Adhere to brand policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
