Job summary

Oliver Peoples is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Dallas to deliver exceptional customer service, share expert product knowledge, and drive sales in-store and across omnichannel platforms.

You will build lasting client relationships, stay current on eyewear trends, and contribute to a premium shopping experience with attention to detail, reliability, and a professional demeanor. Training and product knowledge development are provided to support success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales preferred, especially eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Punctual and reliable with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Brand, warranties, and add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships with in-store and follow-up communications.
• Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs and maintain a clean store environment.
