Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• State licensure or certification as an optician.
• 2+ years sales in the luxury service industry.
• Knowledge of optical theory and practices.
• Natural ability to build a client following.

• Computer skills and ability to work non-traditional hours incl. evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains extremely high standards of sales and service.
• Connects with clients to build and maintain a strong following.
• Guides customers in selecting frames and lenses based on lifestyle, RX, and budget.
• Records measurements accurately and ensures flawless eyewear fitting.
• Ensures finished eyewear meets luxury retail quality standards.
• Stays current on product knowledge and fashion trends.
• Maintains presentation standards on sales floor and back office.
• Supports set-up and execution of events and trains staff.
