EssilorLuxottica's Optical Shop of Aspen is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, know products, and meet sales targets in a luxury setting.

You will stay updated on trends, build client relationships, upsell and cross-sell, and support omnichannel experiences, including online and in-store services, while representing a premier eyewear brand in Aspen, CO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear or luxury goods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Must be punctual and reliable; able to work flexible hours.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and meet sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of brand policies and add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships with follow-up communication.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to consistently exceed targets.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs, and keep store organized.
• Support omnichannel customer experiences across online and in-store channels.
• Navigate workload with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
