Job summary

Optical Shop of Aspen, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a full-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service, learn products, and drive store sales. You will build relationships with clients and provide personalized frame recommendations in a luxury environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and availability evenings, weekends, and holidays, with pay range and bonus/commission opportunities described in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and reliable; able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Team-player, adaptable and receptive to feedback.
• Problem-solver and analytical thinker.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships with follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support across online and in-store platforms.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
