Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in retail, preferably eyewear or luxury, strong communication, reliability, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear and/or luxury retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; build strong client relationships.
• Punctual and reliable; able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills; multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Team-player who collaborates, adapts, and responds well to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training.
• Display in-depth knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients; follow up after in-store visits.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs; keep store neat and visually appealing.
• Provide omnichannel support for a seamless online and in-store experience.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
