Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, build lasting client relationships, and hit sales targets across in-store and online channels.

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of eyewear trends, warranties, and add-on features, while providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experience. The role requires 2+ years in retail, strong communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on product trends and features; participate in trainings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Support omnichannel service ensuring a seamless customer experience across online and in-store.
