The Camby, Autograph Collection in Phoenix seeks an Executive Meetings & Events Manager to drive guest room, catering and event revenue, serving as the primary client contact from inquiry through event completion.

This role manages groups of 10–25 rooms on peak and owns both sales and planning processes to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences consistent with The Camby luxury lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in meetings and events within hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive group revenue through relationships.
• Strong client service and detail-oriented planning are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, solicit, negotiate, and close group business.
• Book and manage groups up to 25 rooms on peak.
• Lead event planning meetings and pre-conference calls.
• Create and manage BEOs, resumes, rooming lists, and billing instructions.
• Coordinate food & beverage and AV requirements for events.
• Serve as primary contact from contract to post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Banquets, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Revenue Management.
