Job summary

Queenstown Harbor Golf Resort, a VIVÂMEE Hospitality property, is seeking an organized and service-driven Event Manager to plan and execute weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings at our premier venue. You will manage client relationships, budgets, timelines, and on-site operations to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of event management or hospitality experience.
• Proven experience executing weddings and large-scale events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication.
• Ability to lead teams and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact from planning through execution.
• Plan, design, and manage weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
• Create event timelines and manage budgets to hit targets.
• Oversee setup, breakdown, and on-site operations for each event.
• Lead FOH teams, assign roles, and maintain grooming standards.
• Source and coordinate vendors; manage logistics and contingencies.
• Attend weekly BEO meetings and ensure inventory and supplies are stocked.
