Bohemia Manor Farm is seeking an organized, creative Event Manager to plan and execute weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings at our waterfront Maryland venue.

Join VIVÂMEE Hospitality's values-driven team, lead client communications, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate vendors, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of event management, hospitality, or related experience.
• Proven experience executing weddings and large-scale events preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and manage high-pressure event environments.
• Proficiency in event planning systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients throughout the planning process.
• Plan, design, and manage weddings, corporate events, and special occasions from concept to execution.
• Develop, manage, and track event budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
• Create detailed event timelines and ensure milestone completion.
• Oversee event-day operations to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships (florists, photographers, catering partners, etc.).
• Lead front-of-house staff and ensure grooming and service standards.
