The Crescent Hotels & Resorts' Horseshoe Bay Resort in the Texas Hill Country is hiring an Executive Meetings Manager to craft and close luxury group experiences. You will manage the full lifecycle of small-group events, from initial contact through final follow-up, ensuring flawless execution and revenue alignment.

Responsibilities include driving bookings to meet F&B minimums, negotiating contracts, conducting site inspections, detailing AV and room setups, and liaising with all resort

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Hospitality or 2–5 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in luxury events and client-facing roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits for high-end menus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of small-group events from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
• Drive bookings to meet revenue and F&B minimum targets.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain meticulous account files.
• Conduct site inspections and client presentations to secure business.
• Coordinate with resort departments to deliver flawless experiences.
