Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute group meetings, conferences, and events from planning through departure.
• Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group resumes.
• Coordinate meeting space, food & beverage, audiovisual needs, room blocks, special requests and event timelines.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits, communicate changes to operational teams, and be present during key events to ensure flawless execution.
