Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a Sales Manager for Horseshoe Bay Resort to drive group and catering sales, build lasting client relationships and deliver service excellence across every guest experience.

The role focuses on turning opportunities into booked business, coordinating with Revenue Management and events teams, and expanding the resort’s market share through proactive prospecting and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in hotel sales.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• English reading, writing and speaking ability.
• Professional demeanor with superb communication; phone and email.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of food, wine and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Respond to group/catering opportunities promptly.
• Ensure business is booked within hotel parameters.
• Conduct site inspections and client presentations.
• Create contracts and related booking docs; manage client files.
• Prospect for new business through calls and events.
• Coordinate with off-property sales channels to align efforts.
• Target accounts and markets with proactive solicitation.
• Aim to meet revenue goals by closing opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and build strong client relationships.
• Turnover to Sales Coordinator and Event Management.
• Gather guest feedback and handle complaints appropriately.
• Develop and implement a sales plan and strategies.
